Early potatoes with garlic
Nothing is easier than making garlic sautéed potatoes and for me it's the best accompaniment. At the beginning of the week, I received a preview package from Prince of Brittany containing potatoes Primeurs here Primabreizh .
So I discovered potatoes with very thin skin, it is also useless to peel them, the skin is removed simply by rubbing them. It is therefore small tender and melting potatoes with an incomparable taste! They are very easy to cook.
So I wanted to make simple with these potatoes Primabreizh : olive oil, garlic and parsley. That's how I like to cook and eat. And take advantage of it is the full season of early potatoes, must not be deprived!

Early potatoes sauteed with garlic
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 kg of potatoes Primabreizh
2 cloves garlic
Fresh parsley
Olive oil
Recipe of sauteed potatoes with garlic
Rinse the potatoes
Rub them to remove the skin
Cut them into pieces
Chop the cloves of garlic and chop the parsley
In a frying pan, heat olive oil
Add the potatoes, garlic and parsley
Fry on high heat while stirring regularly
Cook for 40 to 45 minutes over medium heat (drizzle with a glass of water if necessary)
To be served with meat or a small salad
